18+ and Age Assurance

Adults only

BusyBi is intended only for people who are at least 18. The public site does not display adult or member content, but the interest list still requires an 18+ attestation because it concerns an adults-only future service.

The future member door

• Email ownership and secure account access must be verified.
• Age assurance must be appropriate to risk and the member’s jurisdiction.
• Incomplete or failed checks must not reveal member areas or content.
• The minimum necessary verification result should be retained; raw identity documents should not be collected or stored by BusyBi unless truly required and safely governed.
• Age assurance must not be presented as identity, intent, or safety verification beyond what it actually proves.

Possible minors

Any credible indication that a member or depicted person may be underage requires immediate restriction, preservation, and trained review. Mandatory child-safety reporting duties override ordinary privacy preferences where applicable.

Jurisdiction gate

Age-assurance rules vary and change. Launch requires a counsel-approved jurisdiction map, vendor review, accessibility assessment, data-minimization plan, and a recovery path for adults who cannot complete the primary check.
