Public Site Terms

What is available today

BusyBi currently provides a public information site and an optional early-access list. Joining the list does not create a member account, guarantee admission, begin a paid membership, or provide access to profiles, Hives, messages, events, or member media.

Who may use the interest list

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Submit only an email address you own or are authorized to use.
• Provide accurate information and do not impersonate another person.
• Do not attempt to place another person on the list or submit information you are not authorized to use.

Acceptable public-site use

• Do not probe, disrupt, overload, scrape, or bypass protections on the site or its forms.
• Do not use the site to harass, out, deceive, or target another person.
• Do not submit automated requests or use another person’s contact information without permission.
• BusyBi may restrict abusive traffic and remove list entries needed to protect people or the service.

Future member terms

Member accounts, payments, user-generated content, and private social features will require a separate, affirmative agreement to final member terms and community rules. Those final terms will explain eligibility, enforcement, dispute handling, billing, and account closure before a member commits.

Draft status

This is pre-launch operating copy, not the final production contract. It requires review by qualified counsel and relevant service providers before member accounts or payments launch.
