Current public site
The pre-launch public site does not accept or display member uploads. If you believe material on the public site violates your rights, contact support with the page address and enough information to locate the material.
Intimate-image reports
- NCII, hidden-camera, impersonation, and depicted-person removal reports require an urgent, trauma-informed path.
- Access should be restricted quickly while trained review occurs.
- The reporter should not be required to contact the uploader or provide unnecessary intimate details.
- Evidence should be limited, access-controlled, and retained only as law and safety require.
- Hash matching or re-upload prevention must be evaluated for privacy, security, and legal safeguards before use.
Copyright reports
A copyright owner or authorized agent should identify the protected work, the allegedly infringing material and its location, reliable contact information, authority to act, and a good-faith accuracy statement. A compliant counter-notice process and repeat-infringer standard must be finalized with counsel.
Launch requirement
Before member uploads are enabled, BusyBi needs a dedicated removal intake, on-call escalation, evidence rules, subject-safety controls, trained reviewers, and counsel-approved copyright and NCII procedures.
Use a discreet subject line.
Share only what is needed for us to route the request. Do not email passwords, payment-card details, identity documents, or intimate media.
