Joining the public interest list is free. The current form does not collect a payment card, start a trial, authorize a charge, or create a recurring subscription.

Before any future purchase

• Show the full price, currency, billing interval, trial terms, taxes or fees, and the exact first-charge date before confirmation.
• Name the payment processor and the statement descriptor members should expect.
• Require affirmative purchase consent separate from community-rule acceptance.
• Send a discreet receipt that does not reveal unnecessary sensitive information.
• Never use a pre-checked renewal choice or hide material terms behind a visual trick.

Cancellation and account closure

• Cancellation must be available in the app without a support maze.
• It must clearly stop future renewal and state when paid access ends.
• Account deletion and subscription cancellation must be distinguishable and each must explain its effect.
• Refund, chargeback, failed-payment, re-entry, and jurisdiction-specific cancellation rules must be shown before launch.

Provider and counsel gate

Pricing, free-period language, processor approval, descriptors, receipts, refunds, taxes, webhooks, and recordkeeping remain provisional until an appropriate payment provider and qualified counsel approve the production flow.
